John 14:15-17

15  “If you love me, you will obey what I command.

16  And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever—

17  the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.

Here are Jesus’ own words - again. Those who believe in free will MUST have the courage and the faith to accept it. Jesus said the world (i.e. all the lost from among the Jews AND Gentiles) cannot accept Him. Why? Because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. The world (i.e. Jews & Gentiles) can not see, hear, understand, or “accept” anything from the Holy Spirit because they do not possess the Holy Spirit (Bible Truth #1). Another way of saying it is - they do not have ears to hear. (Matthew 11:15; 13:9; 13:43; Mark 4:9; 4:23; 7:16; Luke 8:8; 14:35)

So once again, I’ve shown in Holy Scripture, God’s Word, where a lost man CANNOT accept the Holy Spirit, or anything from God. That’s why God has to FIRST save the ones He chose and only THEN, AFTER God quickens the dead spirit in a formerly lost man, AFTER the man receives the gift of God’s Grace and the Holy Spirit, only THEN will a man respond positively and ACCEPT, believe, repent, confess Christ and please God.

And once again I challenge those who believe in man's decisional salvation to show me Scripture that indicates a lost man has the ability to do good in God’s eyes and believe on Christ, or repent... I hate to debate an unarmed man but the Arminian doesn’t know he’s been shooting blanks and has never had any ammunition. From his point of view he’s making a good argument but all it amounts to is a lot of noise, or a tinkling cymbal (1 Corinthians 13:1), it is without merit, useless.

Bottom Line: we become children of God NOT by human decision (John 1:13).
