Bible Truth #214 - Romans 11:13-15

13  I am talking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch as I am the apostle to the Gentiles, I make much of my ministry
14  in the hope that I may somehow arouse my own people to envy and save some of them.
15  For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?

Here is an example of world not meaning every soul on the planet, past, present, and future.

Verse 15 - If, when Israel rejected the Messiah it resulted in the reconciliation of the world... Is everyone who ever lived reconciled? WILL everyone who ever lived be reconciled? The answer to both is no. Every time world is used, you must look at the context. Here it is obvious that Paul was referring to the Elect of all the world, both Jews AND Gentiles, not everyone.

This also supports my thoughts in Bible Truth #66. In context, the way John used “world” in John 3:16 is “For God loved the Jews AND Gentiles, that He gave His only begotten Son, that all those believing on Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

Go back and read Bible Truth #66 to see WHY God doesn’t love everyone.
